To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lawinph shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if lawinph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
lawinph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the lawinph platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your lawinph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. lawinph is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or PAGCOR regulatory directives.
The lawinph platform is provided "as is" and "as available." lawinph does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the lawinph platform entirely at your own risk.
lawinph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where required by PAGCOR regulations or where changes are material, lawinph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the lawinph platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
